Soliant is working to fill an employment opportunity for a full time School Psychologist working with students in a district just outside of New Orleans. The caseload will likely include a variety of ages from students in varying grade levels within the district, so is considered K-12.
The School Psychologist will facilitate learning and help promote cognitive, personal, and social development and well-being of all students. The School Psychologist will be expected to complete assessments, provide direct intervention to students and related consultation to parents, work collaboratively towards program development, and must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and colleagues.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed a graduate level degree (minimum Masters level) in School Psychology. Must have proven instances of leadership, collaboration, problem solving, and conflict resolution; previous work experience as a School Psych is ideal, but new graduates who meet the qualifications will be considered.
