A school district in Alaska is actively seeking a skilled school psychologist for the current school year. This is a full time position that involves working with students in grades K-12.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must be a certified school psychologist in the state of Alaska, or be eligible to become certified quickly. Out of state applicants are encouraged to apply, as long as qualifications are met. School psychologist may be required to travel between multiple schools within the district. Some job responsibilities may include evaluations and assessments, IEP meetings, providing consultation and training for students with learning, social, emotional, or developmental problems.
